Mark Williamson is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
They obtain regular updates on law, trends and regulations. RICS is an independent organisation which provides the world’s leading professional qualification in land, property, construction and the associated environmental issues. RICS acts in the public interest: setting and regulating the highest standards of competence and integrity amongst its members; and providing impartial, authoritative advice on key issues for business, society and governments worldwide.
The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) is one of the UK’s leading professional body for estate agency. Its members practice across all aspects of property both in the UK and overseas, including residential and commercial sales and letting, property management, business transfer, auctioneering and land.
Its key roles include providing help and guidance for property professionals across a broad spectrum of disciplines while continually campaigning to make the property market more efficient and user-friendly for the home buying and selling public.
By choosing an NAEA member you can be sure you are dealing with an experienced and professional agent. Membership is not automatic and not all estate agents are members. Membership is achieved by formal qualification ensuring that NAEA member agents have the knowledge and experience to guide you through your property transaction as smoothly and painlessly as possible. Operating under strict rules of conduct, members must meet certain standards relating to professional and ethical practice. Under the rules, agents are required to protect and promote their client’s interests, while at all times acting in a fair and proper manner.
